This is the inner room, softer, slower, quieter. And it’s where everything I teach begins to take shape inside your daily life.

Going deeper doesn’t mean trying harder. It’s not about forcing transformation or chasing some higher version of yourself. It’s about creating small, steady rituals that support your body, soften your system, and bring you home to the present moment again and again.

If there is one practice that has changed everything for me, it’s Yoga Nidra, the art of resting consciously. In MoonNidra, you lie down, close your eyes, and follow my voice into the deeper layers of your nervous system.
This is where the body begins to repair itself. Where the mind loosens its grip. Where rest becomes medicine.
I release one Nidra each week here, some free, some part of my deeper library, and each one is designed to meet you where you are.
Sunday Reset — Rhythm for a Rested Life
Every Sunday, I send out a letter designed to help you reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Sometimes it’s a reflection, sometimes a simple ritual, sometimes a guided meditation, always an invitation to start the week from a steadier place.
It’s the heartbeat of this work. And it’s free.
